Car owners who come to washmate.app to find a detailer. They send photos and what they need, and WashMate passes the request to detailers who cover their suburb.
How many detailers get each request?
Every detailer who covers the suburb and takes that car size — on Free, 1 quote request a week. The car owner compares the quotes and picks one.
What do I get on Free?
A listing in the directory, a profile page with your contact details, and 1 quote request a week — you price it from the photos. Standard has no limit, and adds instant quotes and bookings.
Do I have to set prices?
No. You can price every job from the photos. If you add a priced menu, you can turn on instant quotes and let it answer for you.
Does WashMate take a cut?
No. Customers pay you directly, the way you already take payment. WashMate doesn’t handle money or take a percentage of the job.
Can I still use my own booking link?
Yes. You get a link like washmate.app/yourname for the customers you already have, and those bookings land in the same list as the ones from requests.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to Free: still listed in the directory with your profile page and 1 quote request a week, but no bookings or instant quotes until you upgrade again.
